Each month, CREC Philadelphia will host luncheons throughout Philadelphia and its surrounding region. Each event will feature a guest speaker and a topic relevant to commercial real estate. This month’s luncheon will be hosted via Zoom.

Chris Condon: Prior to joining Coretrust, Mr. Condon served as an Executive Director of Tenant Improvement Construction with Brandywine Realty Trust. In this role, his responsibilities included overall accountability for active projects, preconstruction, schedule, quality control, and coordination with the in-house project managers, the project design teams, contractors and clients. He managed a team of project managers in Philadelphia, N. Virginia and Austin, TX.
