Join fellow Cornellians working in real estate in North Texas as we tour the newly completed phase I of the Fourteen555 office park located on the Dallas North Tollway. The tour will begin at 10:30am on February 14th.

Developed by Cawley Partners, Fourteen555 contains two, 240,000 SF, 6-story office buildings with highly-efficient floor plates and high-end finishes. The two office buildings are separated by a courtyard and three-story amenity building called “The Hub”. The Hub includes a full-service restaurant with indoor-outdoor seating, a fitness area, conference faclity, and open-air covered terrace with games and lounge seating. 

The property tour will be followed by a Q&A session with CEO of Cawley Partners, Bill Cawley. Following the Q&A session, CREC members will grab a quick lunch at Ascension Coffee at Fourteen555.
