The Dallas chapter of the Cornell Real Estate Council is excited to bring you this exclusive tour of the not-yet-open JW Marriott Dallas Arts District. We will be accompanied by the Developer/Owner (Sam Moon Group) and the General Manager. The tour will be followed by a happy hour sponsored by JLL Capital Markets, located at the hotel’s rooftop bar offering impressive views of Downtown Dallas.

Sam Moon Group is bringing the first JW Marriott to Dallas. The JW Marriott brand was developed as a way to honor the founder of Marriott International, J.W.
