In furtherance of the Cornell Real Estate Council (CREC)’s objective to help the real estate industry become more diverse and inclusive, CREC is proudly sponsoring this rigorous real estate case competition event featuring bright undergraduate students attending Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCU’s). In the competition, using a ‘real world’ commercial real estate project, HBCU participant teams employ strategic thinking, financial acumen, communication and creativity to convince a panel of distinguished industry leaders. The finals of the competition will be held on April 9th, 2024, at the ULI Spring Conference, New York Hilton Midtown, Concourse A.
