Kyle Morton

Kyle Morton is Vice President of Development at Ashley Capital. Since joining Ashley Capital in 2019, Kyle has led the land acquisition, pre-development, and development of several million square feet of warehouse development in the Metro Detroit market. Prior to Ashley Capital, Kyle worked in the Atlanta office for PGIM Real Estate handling acquisitions and joint venture developments in the Southeast region. Kyle graduated from Cornell with a BA in Economics in 2012.
