The reception will also feature an exclusive presentation by Waterman Interests CEO Philip (“Tod”) Waterman III and Lever Club Managing Director Max Harris, highlighting the successful $100M redevelopment of this historic landmark as well as the re-conception of the third floor from traditional office space to a modern private lounge, outdoor terrace, and library known as the “Lever Club” where the reception will be hosted.
