Chaewook Im is the Chief Executive Officer and a founding partner of GH Partners, a Korean commercial real estate company specializing in multifamily management and operation since its establishment in 2018.
Chaewook has nearly 30 years of experience in real estate development, commercial property management and investment in both Korea and the U.S. Chaewook’s extensive experiences in commercial and residential real estate experiences include Genstar, Korea’s leading commercial real estate company, Portman Holdings, a commercial real estate development firm in Atlanta, Arthur Andersen GCF (now Deloitte Anjin in Korea) and Samsung C&T Corporation.
Chaewook serves as the chairman for the Korea Association of Multifamily Property Management since 2020 and is an adjunct professor of real estate at Hanyang University in Korea since 2014. Chaewook graduated from Cornell University with a Master’s of Professional Studies in Real Estate and Hanyang University with a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Urban Planning, respectively.
Ian Song

Ian Song is currently working in IMM Investment Corp. as manager of the ACM division. ACM is an Alternative capital market division that focuses on alternative investments such as Private Equity, Real Estate, Credit, and Secondary funds. As a real estate professional, he is in charge of a real estate credit fund.
Before Ian joined IMM, he has been working for NHIS which is a Korean Investment bank. He was an associate of the IBD2 real estate financing team. He was in charge of outbound fund underwriting and domestic real estate project financing underwriting. Overall, He was involved in transactions over $450M in the US, €580M in Europe, and KRW 1.7T(about $1.3B) in Korea.
