Meet the Chapter Leadership Team

Dylan Fonseca

MBA, ’12

Dylan Fonseca is the Managing Partner of Fondo Atlas, which owns and operates institutional quality retail and residential real estate in Florida and South America. Fondo Atlas invests in asset level partnerships with individuals and institutions and focuses on long-term capital appreciation. Previously, Mr. Fonseca served as Vice President of Asset Management at Woolbright Development where he managed a $1B dollar Florida focused portfolio that contained 35 shopping centers spanning over 5M square feet. While at Woolbright Mr. Fonseca was responsible for the investments of eight of the largest United States real estate investors including pension funds, insurance groups and private equity funds. Fonseca has 12+ years of experience on the operating side of real estate investments covering residential, commercial and retail assets totaling over 10.5M sq. ft. and valued in excess of $1.8B USD. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Cornell University.

Duane Stiller

BS ’84

Duane Stiller has always believed in making Florida’s places better. He founded Woolbright in 1985, and from the beginning he established industry knowledge, personal service and innovation as core values for the Woolbright team. Mr. Stiller built Woolbright Development into one of the fastest growing retail real estate companies in Florida, and during the last decade the firm acquired 56 retail projects totaling 8.5 million square feet. Historically, Woolbright’s typical projects consisted of redevelopments of existing shopping centers located in Florida’s densely populated metro areas. Woolbright Development one of the largest acquirers, managers and top 10 owners of retail real estate in Florida. Mr. Stiller graduated from Cornell University in 1984 with a Bachelors of Science degree from the College of Engineering.

Matt Shore

B.S. ’00

Mr. Shore joined DRA in 2002. He is involved in the acquisition and asset management of DRA’s southeastern property portfolio and is based in DRA’s Miami office. He originally joined DRA as an acquisitions analyst in New York. Prior to DRA, Mr. Shore worked for Wachovia Securities, where he was responsible for the valuation and analysis of public REITs. He originally joined Wachovia’s predecessor, First Union, as an analyst in its private equity coverage group. Mr. Shore graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. degree.
